These are the Oregon state university Undergraduate & Postgraduate Scholarships guide for International Students – OSU scholarship 2022/2023 admission session updates.
FUNDING YOUR COLLEGE EDUCATION
Oregon State University is dedicated to your success. The following scholarships have been developed with international students in mind. Some of the scholarships listed will be automatically considered for every new OSU application, but many scholarships require the student to find and apply independently. We’ve compiled a list of resources that you should look into for more funding options.
Scholarships by Individual Colleges
Students may also qualify for scholarships based on their major or college within the university. OSU maintains a scholarship management system, ScholarDollars, to help find funding based on your immigration status, GPA and more. You may also contact the college/department you’ll be studying with to find more information about available funding.
Scholarship Eligibility
Scholarship amounts and eligibility requirements are subject to change. Awards will be pro-rated dependent on program duration. All INTO OSU Scholarships are non-renewable. All OSU Scholarships require a non-resident tuition status. Students must apply to the university first in order to receive a scholarship.

Important Notes
- All documents are subject to verification by OSU.
- All documents received by OSU become the property of OSU and will not be returned to the applicant.

If you have questions about official academic records that are not addressed below, please contact intladmit@oregonstate.edu.
For Undergraduate Students
Please refer to the Official Documents* section of your offer and confirmation letters to review any official documents that are required upon enrollment in your first term at OSU. Your offer and confirmation letters will list all official documents required and the institution or organization they need to be received from (for example, it could be your high school, Ministry of Education, your sponsor, etc). If you are a transfer student, university or college transcripts need to be received directly from your university.
Translations: If English was not the language of instruction at your previous institution, we will require transcripts in English and in the native language. If your previous institution does not issue transcripts in English, then we will accept literal (not interpretative) English translations from any qualified translator.
Sending transcripts by mail or electronically: Transcripts and translations can be mailed to the address above. Please play close attention to the Official Documents* section of your offer and confirmation letter to see if a sealed envelope is required for your documents if they are mailed to OSU. We can also accept transcripts electronically. Emailed transcripts should be sent to intladmit@oregonstate.edu and the email address of the sender must be an official email address from the organization issuing the transcripts or translation. We can also accept secondary and transfer transcripts through transcript services like Parchment, National Clearinghouse, and others. If your institution offers online verification, please email the link to the verification website along with your student ID number to intladmit@oregonstate.edu.

Are you an F-1 student? You will need to provide proof of funding in order to get your I-20. Proof of funding is a way a student shows they have sufficient funds (usually via a recent bank statement) to live and study full-time in the US for up to one academic year. This is different from the cost of attendance OR a statement of account. The proof of funding amount will not be an amount that is billed to you and is solely for immigration purposes. To find out more about proof of finances for immigration purposes, visit www.intostudy.com/osu/costs
